6. Delivery & Perishable Goods Policy
• All delivery services available through the YallaDeal platform are carried out exclusively by third-party delivery companies. YallaDeal does not provide any delivery services directly and operates solely as an intermediary platform for displaying offers.
• Delivery times, delivery fees, coverage areas, and delivery policies are determined entirely by the third-party delivery companies. YallaDeal does not guarantee delivery times and shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or issues in delivery caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond its control.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
• Any complaints, claims, or disputes related to delivery services, including delays, non-delivery, or damaged orders, must be directed directly to the relevant merchant or third-party delivery company, as applicable. YallaDeal shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from third-party delivery services.
• Some offers available on the YallaDeal platform may include food items or other perishable products. The merchant and the third-party delivery company bear full responsibility for the quality, safety, handling, and packaging of such items.
• YallaDeal shall not be held responsible for the condition of food items or perishable products once they leave the merchant’s premises or are handed over to the delivery provider. Users must ensure receipt of the order immediately upon delivery, as delays in receipt may affect product quality and safety.
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds for food items or perishable products are not accepted unless explicitly permitted under the merchant’s policy.
